• ammoudara_intro (Ammoudara.com): remembers that you saw the site intro. Duration: until you close your browser.
• NEXT_LOCALE (Ammoudara.com): remembers the language you chose. Duration: until you close your browser.
• Sign-in cookie (Ammoudara.com): keeps you signed in to your account. Duration: until you sign out or the session expires.

Local storage on your device. It stays until you clear your browser data:

• ammoudara.firstVisitGuide: remembers that you completed or skipped the welcome ("I'm visiting / I live here / I run a local business").
• ammoudara.concierge.guest: keeps the ID of your conversation with Koumbaros, so it is not lost when you change page.
• ammoudara.concierge.teaserSeen: remembers that you saw the Koumbaros message.

1. Statistics (only with consent)

They show us how many people visit the site and which pages are read, so we can improve it.

• _ga (Google Analytics, Google Ireland Ltd): distinguishes unique visitors. Duration: 2 years.
• _ga_F49K562SWD (Google Analytics, Google Ireland Ltd): keeps the state of the visit. Duration: 2 years.
• am_user_session (Metricool, Spain): visit measurement. Duration: 1 hour.

1. Third-party content

• Maps (Mapbox): to show the map, your browser connects to Mapbox servers, which see your IP address.
• Businesses' own booking systems (e.g. transfers): if you choose to book through a business's own system, that provider's terms and cookies apply.
• WhatsApp: if you tap to join a community or to talk to a person, WhatsApp opens, with its own terms.

1. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers (e.g. Google) may process data outside the EU, with the safeguards required by the GDPR. More in the Privacy Policy.

1. How to choose

• On your first visit you see a message with "Accept all", "Reject all" and "Settings", all equally visible. No box is pre-ticked.
• You can change your choice at any time in "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
• Your choice is valid for 6 months. After that we ask again.
• You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
